Bergur Anderson is an Icelandic visual artist, composer and sound-maker based in Rotterdam. His practice exists between music, performance art, world-making and concept-driven sound-work. Through various solo and collaborative projects he makes publications, performances and installations that reflect on his interests in polyphonic storytelling, orality and the transitory qualities of sound.

Next to his own practice, Bergur collaborates with artists who seek to expand the notion of sound in their practices — as a composer, recordist, sound designer, mixing engineer and performer.
